The AI Leadership Summit
A two-day leadership summit equipping school leaders to respond to AI with clarity, a plan, and actionable resources.
AI Is Already in Your School.
Are You Leading It…or Reacting to It?
AI is reshaping classrooms faster than most schools can respond. Policies are inconsistent. Faculty feel uncertain. Students are experimenting. And leadership teams are asking the same question: How do we lead wisely without overreacting or falling behind?
The AI Leadership Summit is a two-day working session for school leaders who want a comprehensive answer to how their school responds to AI.
Who is the Summit for?
This summit is designed for school leadership teams, not individuals.
We strongly encourage schools to bring a team of 3–4 leaders, such as:
Head of School or Principal
Dean of Academics / Instructional Leader
Dean of Students
Lead Teachers
Technology Director
You will attend as a team, work as a team, and leave with a unified plan your school can implement immediately.
This is not a tech conference!!!
You won’t leave with a list of tools. It’s not about how to use AI. No gimmicks or tricks.
You will leave with:
an AI Position Statement for your school,
defined Schoolwide AI Parameters,
a Faculty Formation Strategy,
AI Culture Commitments, and
a 90-day Implementation Blueprint.
Every session is a working session. You will build these during the summit.
