The Progress Report

A comprehensive analysis that gives your school a clear understanding of its unique strengths, challenges, and opportunities—plus a customized plan to move forward with confidence and unity.

Feeling overwhelmed? unsure? exhausted?

Every faith-based school leader carries two vital responsibilities: provide Christian education to students and build a sustainable ministry.

It’s a lot of responsibility!

On top of the responsibility, many school teams also find themselves caught in constant reactionputting out fires, plugging the next opening, and unsure where to invest limited time and resources. This reactive mode leads to burnout, frustration, and missed opportunities.

Get Confidence and Clarity with The Progress Report

How the Progress Report Works

The Blueprint Schools Progress Report is comprehensive analysis that gives your school a clear understanding of its unique strengths, challenges, and opportunities—plus a customized plan to move forward with confidence and unity.

Over the course of a semester, our team helps you move from reactive to proactive in three steps: assess, align, and act.

Step 1:

Assess

We conduct a deep dive into your school’s organizational health across the 7+1 Components of a sustainable school ministry. It’s a framework we’ve developed especially for faith-based schools. Using surveys, interviews, financial reviews, family and staff feedback, and an on-campus visit, we gather a full picture of your ministry.

Step 2:

Align

We deliver a detailed written report called a Progress Report. It reflects your school’s unique reality, helping your team see where you’re strong, what challenges you face, and where your biggest opportunities lie. This clarity builds trust, unity, and confidence within your ministry: faculty, staff, board members, pastors, leadership, and congregation.

Step 3:

Act

We create a Blueprint Plan for your school. It is a multi-year plan focused on high-impact next steps. It helps your team know how best to steward its time, finances, and resources. And it gives practical, doable steps to foster sustainability and growth while advancing your Gospel mission. We help you build the future of Christian education at your ministry!

“Dana and the Blueprint Schools team have been an extremely valuable resource to our school and leadership team at this point in our journey. They’ve helped us gain clarity on our strengths and what makes us unique, spotlighted and prioritized opportunities for improvement, brought us a structured framework from which to work through this process, and also helped break things out into consumable chunks that allow us to move forward while still operating as needed on a daily basis. The perspective, insights, process, and subject matter expertise they have brought have been extremely valuable.”

-Jason Muenster - School Board Member, St. Peter Lutheran School - Freedom, WI

“Going through the Progress Report process provided us with an opportunity to do an in-depth evaluation of our ministries and to identify the areas where we needed to grow in order to become a thriving entity. Because of this process, our work is now very focused and meaningful.
