The Progress Report

A comprehensive analysis that helps educational teams build thriving schools.

Every school leader in a faith-based school has TWO MAJOR JOBS:

  1. Deliver the Christian education promised to students and their families.

  2. Ensure that the ministry itself is sustainable so that it can continue its work of providing Christian education for years to come.

This work is often called “organizational development” and includes things like strategic planning, team development, financial planning, and marketing.

The accreditation process helps school leaders evaluate the excellence of their school’s educational programs…

but how do we evaluate the sustainability of our ministry?

The Progress Report

How it works…

Step 1:

The Progress Report

In order to thrive, we need to understand what’s working and what’s not in your school’s organization. A Blueprint Partner starts by preparing a Progress Report for your school. It will give the team a clear idea of your' school’s progress and needs in the 7 essential components of school sustainability.

Step 2:

The School Blueprint

To address the needs outlined in the Progress Report, a Blueprint Partner will create a School Blueprint for your school. This School Blueprint is an individualized and prioritized plan that will guide your school as it builds. This plan unites the team, prioritizes tasks, and lays out a clear way forward for everyone.

Step 3:

Consistent Support

It takes a team to build a school, especially because it is done in the midst of the everyday necessities of serving families and students. Our team connects each school to expert partners to support its team, guide the execution of your Blueprint, and provide accountability for lasting progress.

The Results?

  1. Receive long-term support to save valuable time and resources, as well as gain accountability, for the whole team.

  2. Make progress through creative and personalized solutions to your unique development needs.

  3. Create continuity in the midst of leadership, faculty, or board member changes.

  4. Move from reactive to proactive.

  5. Build a thriving school that is both stable and growing — one that has the foundation to serve families for years to come.

“Dana and the Blueprint Schools team have been an extremely valuable resource to our school and leadership team at this point in our journey. They’ve helped us gain clarity on our strengths and what makes us unique, spotlighted and prioritized opportunities for improvement, brought us a structured framework from which to work through this process, and also helped break things out into consumable chunks that allow us to move forward while still operating as needed on a daily basis. The perspective, insights, process, and subject matter expertise they have brought have been extremely valuable.”
